First off, the real star of this show is London in all her beauty. There are so many fantastic shots of the city that it will make you want to pack a bag and go there as soon as possible. The story itself follows four American friends from college, three of which live in London. The main character is Maya Jones, the lovely Nathalie Emmanuel from Game of Thrones fame. She opted to live in New York when all her friends stayed in the UK because she got a job in politics that she felt she couldn’t pass up (and other reasons you will understand immediately). I don’t want to give any of the story away as it’s not finished yet on Hulu (get it together Hulu and put all the episodes on at once!). I will say that I love all of the secondary characters. They made me laugh, they made me cry, they made me thankful for my friends. Maya, however, I just could NOT get connected to, her or her story. She makes horrible decisions and is an extremely selfish person in my opinion. I honestly couldn’t care less about her whole story line, but I want so much for the others to find happiness! On a side note – it was driving me nuts trying to remember where I had seen Quentin before so of course I looked it up and it’s Tom Mison from Sleepy Hollow! I knew I recognized him! The lack of facial hair and a ponytail threw me off! Love him! The show, when it’s not shoving an agenda down your throat as all shows seem to feel they have to do these days, is witty, heart-warming, and definitely worth binging.

Rate: Binge it

Binge food: Fish and chips, of course!
