Yes, I love all Christmas movies so I may be biased, but I will say this is one of the best Christmas movies I have seen recently! Anna Kendrick, who plays the perfect Christmas elf, is looking for her brother, Nick Claus, after he went missing when she suggested he go on a vacation before his big break as the new Santa Claus. If you liked the movie Elf, you will definitely like this. And after watching this, you will wish you had a baby reindeer as a pet. I know I do! Noelle’s quirky Christmas spirit is a fun clash against the hot desert area of Arizona. While trying to save Christmas, Noelle discovers she has much more talent than she thought she had and can really make a different in people’s lives. Along for the ride, her “aunt” adds the sarcastic one-liners that will make you laugh out loud. With all the jolly, Anna Kendrick killed this role and I would love to see a sequel to this and/or anything with her in it! Dare I say she may be a good partner in a film with Will Ferrell? Hmmm, there’s a thought. Do yourself a favor and watch this new holiday movie! It is family friendly and will definitely add a bright spot to any day.
The Council Decrees: Watch it right now! Watch it with your family, your significant other, your children! I may or may not have already seen it twice.
**Bonus**: For a jolly treat, watch this while having hot chocolate! (If you’re like me, you’ll substitute the peppermint with lots and lots of marshmallows!)
