I am not sure how, but Netflix is starting to rival the Hallmark Channel when it comes to cute rom-coms. If you are anxiously waiting for the sequel to “Crazy, Rich Asians” (they are making that right? There are two more books in that series!), “Always Be My Maybe” is a cute movie about Asian families in San Francisco – specifically a boy and girl who grew up as best friends then parted ways around college. They reconnect as adults and renew their friendship. As one of them realizes that they want it to be something more – enter Keanu Reeves in a funny cameo playing an exaggerated version of himself. Side note: This is the “Year of Keanu” and I am totally on board. Famous actors aside, the story goes how you know it will – true love and lasting friendship wins out. It is a nice, rainy Sunday movie or a cute, date night movie.

Rate: Binge it – and read the other Crazy, Rich Asian books! They are great!

Binge food: Lavender air. Just kidding. It is a show about a chef, but all the food looked too bougie. Just have some pizza!
